About The Business Area
Private Banking provides high-net-worth clients with an end-to-end banking service to help manage their full banking and investment needs effectively. Our dedicated bankers provide a wide variety of solutions to meet clients' investment and borrowing requirements, including complex and bespoke loan structuring. Wealth preservation requirements are addressed through a comprehensive wealth planning solution, tailored to individual needs
In this role, your key responsibilities include
:
- Attract New to Bank (NTB) clients and capture client service synergies in order to achieve assigned targets and contribute to the bottom-line profitability of the department
- Perform day-to-day Banking services in order to meet and exceed client expectations
- Address client issues to ensure timely resolution
- Interact with customers to obtain their feedback on ADCB image, products and services and identify issues that require action in order to identify opportunities of continuous improvement
- Maintain an ongoing client relationship in order to deal with arguments raised by customers and prospects in daily interactions
- Provide feedback to internal specialists on product solutions in order to support the development of effective wealth management solutions for clients
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and proactively interact with internal resources in order to provide product solutions for clients
- Meet quality standards, minimise errors in transaction execution and service delivery and comply with all relevant regulations, policies and guidelines in order to protect the Bank against all credit, legal, reputational, and other risks
- Ensure that customers' financial needs are properly identified and formulation of written proposals are initiated in order to satisfy all customer needs with Banks products within the general guidelines of Credit Policy
- Assess risk and make pertinent recommendations in line with ADCB's applicable policies to ensure risk are mitigated
- Convey sufficient information to Lending and Financing team to ensure that deals are adequately structured
- Prepare Call Reports as per the instruction of senior management
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
:
- At least 6 years of experience in a commercial/universal Bank context in a relationship management client facing role working with high net worth clients executing client transactions across business
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Client service and acquisition skills
