We’re looking for a talented 3D Motion Graphics Specialist to bring stories to life through stunning animations and creative visuals. In this role, you’ll transform scripts into immersive 3D animations, conceptualize unique ideas, and develop fully animated videos from scratch. Key Responsibilities

• 3D Animation Production: Translate scripts into visually compelling 3D animations that align with client and brand objectives. Develop fully animated videos from concept to completion, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering. Ensure the highest quality output by paying close attention to detail and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with creative and content teams to brainstorm and execute unique concepts and ideas for animations. Proactively contribute fresh and innovative approaches to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Create advanced motion graphics and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, and video projects. Integrate 2D and 3D elements seamlessly to deliver impactful visuals.
• Technical Expertise: Operate advanced 3D animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya, along with post-production tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro. Maintain and manage an organized workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Optimize animations for various platforms, including web and mobile.
• Project Management: Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and clients to refine and finalize concepts and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in 3D animation and motion graphics, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, and rendering. Experience in creating both long-form and short-form animated content.
• Attributes: Highly creative, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. A passion for staying ahead of animation trends and technologies.

**Your day to day**
**The AV Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of all audio-visual and lighting equipment used in hotel events, beach parties, live shows, and conferences. This role ensures high-quality sound, lighting, and video experiences for guests while maintaining safety standards and delivering exceptional service.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Operations & Event Support:**
**Coordinate and supervise the setup and operation of AV systems for hotel events, beach parties, DJ performances, weddings, conferences, and live entertainment.**
**Ensure proper functioning of sound systems, projectors, LED screens, lighting rigs, microphones, and video conferencing tools.**
**Work closely with event organizers, DJs, entertainers, and F&B teams to understand AV requirements.**
**Technical Management:**
**Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events promptly.**
**Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of AV equipment.**
**Maintain inventory of AV equipment, ensuring all items are in working condition.**
**Team Leadership:**
**Supervise and schedule AV technicians and casual staff for event coverage.**
**Train team members on equipment usage, safety, and standard operating procedures.**
**Guest Interaction:**
**Provide technical support to guests and performers as needed.**
**Maintain a professional, approachable attitude during high-energy events.**
**Compliance & Safety:**
**Ensure all AV setups comply with electrical and safety regulations.**
**Implement security measures for expensive AV equipment during beach parties and outdoor events.**
**What we need from you**
**Skills & Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Diploma or degree in Audio-Visual Technology, IT, or related field.
+ **Experience:** Minimum 2-3 years in AV operations; experience in hotels, beach resorts, or event venues preferred.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Sound systems (mixers, amplifiers, microphones)
+ Lighting systems (DMX control, stage lighting)
+ Video systems (projectors, LED screens, video walls)
+ Basic IT networking for AV integration
+ **Soft Skills:**
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
+ Ability to work under pressure during high-energy events
+ Problem-solving and quick decision-making
+ Comfortable working in beach/outdoor environments with humidity and sand exposure

Reporting to the IT Manager, the **A/V Technician** will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual and presentation systems used throughout the hotel's meeting spaces, ballrooms, and event venues. You will collaborate closely with the Events, Banqueting, and Engineering teams to support both guest and internal functions.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:
+ Set up and operate all audio-visual systems including microphones, speakers, projectors, LED screens, mixers, and lighting for events.
+ Coordinate video conferencing and hybrid meeting setups using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
+ Perform routine testing, maintenance, and safe storage of A/V equipment.
+ Troubleshoot technical issues promptly during events to ensure uninterrupted service.
+ Liaise with clients and internal departments to understand event-specific technical requirements.
+ Maintain proper inventory of equipment and manage asset tracking.
+ Support IT functions during low event activity, as directed by the IT Manager.
What we need from you:
+ 1-2 years of experience in A/V operations, preferably in hospitality, events, or IT environments.
+ Solid understanding of sound systems, projectors, LED displays, mixers, video conferencing systems, and basic networking.
+ Strong troubleshooting and time management skills.
+ Professional communication and customer service orientation.
+ Ability to lift and install equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on event schedules.
