**What you'll be doing as a Regional Sales Manager for Middle East & Africa**
In this role you will:
* Develop the strategic marketing and sales activities of Bell's entire commercial product line in Middle East & Africa.
* Represent, negotiate and sell for Bell at all levels within private and government agencies.
* Identify and develop opportunities to grow regional market share, develop relationships for longer term sales prospects and respond to tenders aligned with the global sales strategy for product sales and manufacturing partnership opportunities.
* Partners with development and engineering teams to incorporate Voice of the Customer feedback into new products and modifications.
* Partner with the Marketing & Sales organization to prepare formal and informal proposals requiring coordination with pricing, applications engineering, and marketing data.
* Maintain market intelligence information - identify shifting sales trends, political or financial changes and implement strategies to protect Bell business base.
* Fiduciary responsibility for travel expenses, budget management, and corporate credit card use.
* Partner with the Bell Helicopter Customer Service and Support organization to maximize sales opportunities within assigned region.

Maximize revenue across Special Corporate, Extended Stays, Groups, and Catering segments by managing assigned accounts, identifying opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. Client Relations
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned Special Corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.

+ Conduct client entertainment and attend joint sales calls, when needed, with the Director of Sales to enhance service delivery and secure business.
+ Conduct a minimum of 20 sales calls a week (visiting clients in their offices by appointment or doing a site inspection for them on-property).
+ Conduct regular sales blitz in the designated business areas in the UAE, as advised by the Director of Sales - Corporate & Government. Submit the sales blitz reports in a timely manner and identify the high potential new local corporate accounts.
Communication
+ Use clear, professional communication in all interactions (phone, email, or in-person).
+ Draft, review, and proofread documents (e.g., proposals, contracts) to ensure accuracy.
+ Answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
+ Know the BDRC call standards and follow them at all times.
Working with Others
+ Work closely with DOS, DOSD, DORM to align pricing strategies with market trends.

**The Role**
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and tenacious Enterprise Account Manager to drive new cyber security business across multiple vertical markets in Egpy. This role will demand interaction with large scale enterprises at the 'C' level, as well as with technical staff within the security and IT organisation.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 40 named accounts, encompassing a mix of white-space and existing customers. Selling the full Proofpoint Platform, while leveraging all internal resources and our ecosystem of partners to enable continued growth of your account portfolio. In this role you will be able to expand the Proofpoint footprint, ensuring your customers are effectively protected from advanced threats and targeted attacks by our award winning technology.
**Your day-to-day**
+ Establish strong business relationships at the executive level within Enterprise accounts above 2,500 users (cross-vertical focus)
+ Focus on both penetrating new accounts as well as expanding our presence with existing customers by introducing them to all our security, compliance and information protection platform.
+ Articulate and promote the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base
+ Work with internal resources, including aligned System Engineers to prepare account strategies and plans.
+ Collaborate with Systems Engineers to organise and deliver compelling and flawless product demonstrations
+ Partner with the channel ecosystem to gain access into new accounts
+ Deliver operational excellence, to include forecast accuracy and pipeline generation progression
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Proofpoint's competitive positioning in the marketplace
**What you bring to the team**
+ Experienced technology sales professional selling into Egypt, with a particular focus on SaaS value-based technologies. Experience within Cyber Security is an advantage.
+ Proven track record of over-achieving targets, net new logo achievements and capacity to leverage channel partnerships
+ Relentless attention to detail and never-give-up attitude with a high level of activity, i.e., customer and partner meetings emphasizing executive value selling (CISO, CIO, CMO, etc.)
+ Ability to establish business relationships at the executive level, and ability to become a trusted client advisor
+ Experience of closing complex opportunities in the range of $100k - $1m
+ Proficient user of formal sales playbook methodologies e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Command of the Message.
+ Growth mindset, willingness to be coached, and diligence to follow a proven sales process
+ Entrepreneurial self-starter with a consistent focus on account planning, pipeline generation and opportunity progression. You're strategic in approach, but always act with urgency.
+ Fluent Arabic and English language required
+ Preferably you'll have experience of using Salesforce

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
