Conduct toolbox talks (TBT) related to safety and maintain adequate stock of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Team Leadership:- Manage and oversee the shed workers, ensuring efficient operation, proper training, and adherence to farm policies and procedures.Requirements- Minimum of 10th grade or Secondary School education; higher education is preferable.- Ability to read and write in English with good communication skills.- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.- At least 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory role at a broiler farm (e.g., as a farm headman or similar position).- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Good communication and reporting abilities.- Knowledge of poultry farming operations, including feeding, medication, and environmental control.- Familiarity with biosecurity, food safety, and HSE regulations.- Ability to handle emergencies and make prompt decisions to prevent losses.Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits
