Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and retains top-tier talent. This role plays a strategic part in driving talent acquisition initiatives and delivering a seamless candidate experience.Candidate Sourcing Leverage diverse sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events—to identify and attract high-quality candidates.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.Screening & Interviewing Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements.Conduct initial screenings (phone/video) to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.Collaboration with Hiring Managers Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role specifications.Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and competency profiles.Recruitment Process Management Manage candidates throughout the hiring process—from initial contact to final offer—ensuring a positive and professional experience.Administer technical assessments or psychometric tests, where applicable.Evaluate and present shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations based on assessments and interviews.Offer Management & Negotiation Prepare and extend employment offers, including salary and benefits negotiations.Communicate hiring decisions and provide constructive feedback to all candidates in a timely manner.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience also considered.Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a full-cycle (360°) recruiter, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced organization. UAE hiring experience is highly preferred.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools. The role requires strong leadership, performance management, and process optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: - Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team KPIs. - Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews. - Develop team capabilities through training, feedback, and support. Recruitment Operations: - Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding – for various roles across industries and geographies. - Ensure all job requisitions are managed efficiently and within defined timelines. - Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates. Process & Quality Management: - Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and compliance standards. - Monitor and improve sourcing strategies and database utilization. - Drive adoption of ATS/CRM systems and ensure data accuracy and reporting. Stakeholder Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex requirements. - Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery teams to align recruitment strategies with client goals. Performance Reporting: - Track team productivity, fill rates, TAT, and other key metrics. - Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on team performance and hiring progress. Key Requirements: - Proven experience (4–7 years) in recruitment, preferably in agency environments. - Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a must. - Strong understanding of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment metrics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience recruiting across GCC markets. - Exposure to volume hiring or specialised technical hiring. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
