As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsiblefor sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding high-qualityprofessionals to meet the growing needs of our real estatebusiness. You will work closely with hiring managers tounderstand staffing needs, implement effective recruitmentstrategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Develop and implementrecruitment strategies to attract top talent for variouscompany positions, including real estate agents, salesmanagers and administrative support.
• Manage the full recruitmentcycle from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewingand offering positions.
• Build and maintainrelationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards,and real estate networking platforms.
• Use social media, job boards,and other innovative tools to find qualified candidates.
• Screen and evaluate resumes,conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills andqualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedulesand assist hiring managers in evaluating candidate fit.
• Manage job postings, createcompelling job descriptions, and ensure brand consistencyacross all recruitment materials
• Ensure compliance with allrelevant employment laws and company policies during thehiring process.
• Maintain an organized databaseof candidates and regularly update hiring reports.
• Participate in job fairs,industry events, and networking opportunities to build atalent pipeline.
• Assist with employee onboardingand orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

• Bachelor’s degree in HumanResources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience intalent acquisition, with a strong preference for experiencein the real estate industry.
• Proven track record ofsuccessfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent.
• In-depth knowledge ofrecruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of realestate roles and the skills required for success.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to engage and buildrapport with candidates at all levels.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join the MEA and APAC team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by recruiting for all positions across the Middle East, Africa (MEA), and Asia -Pacific (APAC) regions. As a key member of our global HR team, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building strong partnerships with our business leaders and hiring managers.

This is a hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of the diverse talent markets across MEA and APAC, and the ability to navigate different cultural and professional landscapes to attract top-tier candidates.

You will make an impact by….

• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition creation and sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
• Serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on talent availability, sourcing strategies, and effective assessment techniques.
• Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles, utilizing a variety of sourcing channels including professional networks, online job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukri Gulf), and direct sourcing.
• Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the MEA and Asia markets.
• Ensuring an exceptional and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Collaborating closely with the global HR and TA teams to ensure alignment with our worldwide talent acquisition strategy and initiatives.
• Regularly tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and optimize processes.

The talent we want to inspire has.

• Bilingual fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles across the Middle East, Africa (MEA), and/or Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.
• Proven success in sourcing both active and passive candidates through various channels, with high proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and APAC specific recruitment platforms.
• Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, etc.).
• A Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

This would be a plus but not a must.

• Experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
• Proficiency in an additional language relevant to the MEA or APAC regions.
• Experience with HR reporting and people analytics

Liaise with department directors/heads to identify specific recruitment and selection requirements, regularly.

Carry out recruitment requirements under the Allied Medical, Admin and Support Services divisions.

Source CVs for budgeted positions as per Management System for Records (MSR).

Responsible for job postings on Internal Website, LinkedIn, and other job portals registered with American Hospital Dubai (AHD).

Screen CVs as per AHD/Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements through cold calling.

Enforce networking by communicating with applicants and asking for references in case of multiple vacancies for similar roles, building relationships with applicants.

Conduct initial screening of applicants by cold calling before forwarding them to the concerned department head according to their checklist.

Update person profiles with formal communication to both department head and employee, sharing updates in shared folders within the data files.

Arrange interviews with the concerned department for shortlisted applicants.

Send interview reminders to the candidates and concerned department heads.

Coordinate and participate in the interviewing and selection of staff.

Ensure that requests are raised on iFusion and that all interview sheets are filled.

Prepare job offer documents, update records, clarify queries, and facilitate the entry process of new employees.

Release offers and brief candidates about the process of pre-employment medicals and DHA process for clinical staff.

Ensure all required information and documentation is provided to selected candidates.

Hand over the file to the onboarding team.

Provide necessary justification for difficult-to-place vacancies in case of any salary deviations.

Follow up on documentation and answer candidates' queries and concerns.

Provide a list of new joiners to the HR training department and enroll their names for hospital orientation.

Provide monthly reports to the CHRO, highlighting any areas of concern.

Ensure the time taken to recruit is as per the benchmark.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.
