QA & Operations Unit Head role at Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) to lead and manage the operational support, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all process safety engineering deliverables meet project requirements and international standards during the FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.

We are seeking a highly experienced Process Safety Engineer to join our team in Dubai, supporting the Detailed Engineering phase of a major onshore oil and gas project in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring process safety design compliance, hazard identification, and risk mitigation throughout the engineering lifecycle of the project.

• Provide technical expertise in process safety during the Detailed Engineering phase of the project.
• Review and approve safety studies and documentation, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, FERA, EERA, and SIMOPS.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., API, IEC, NFPA) and client specifications.
• Interface with process, piping, instrumentation, and layout teams to incorporate safety requirements into engineering deliverables.
