**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Multi-Property Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual assets to support all marketing, sales, rooms, and F&B initiatives across Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf, and Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek. This role will design print and digital collateral, social media assets, event branding, menus, signage, and other creative materials aligned with Marriott brand standards.The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Multi-Property Marketing team, Sales & Distribution, F&B outlets, and external agencies to ensure that all creative deliverables are consistent, innovative, and reflective of the hotels' positioning. Strong technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design platforms is essential, alongside a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ensure all creative work complies with Marriott brand guidelines, identity standards, and approval processes.
+ Maintain consistency across all design outputs for rooms, F&B, events, and corporate materials.

Creative Development
+ Design marketing and promotional materials for rooms offers, F&B activations, festive campaigns, wellness programs, and events.
+ Develop creative layouts for menus, brochures, flyers, posters, roll-ups, and in-room collaterals.
+ Create engaging social media graphics, digital banners, and email marketing templates.
+ Produce artwork for events, conferences, and exhibitions hosted by the hotels.
+ Support photography editing, retouching, and adaptation of visuals for different formats.
Collaboration and Coordination
+ Work closely with the Multi-Property Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to execute campaigns.

Parsons is seeking an accomplished **CBTC/Signalling Design Specialist** with extensive experience delivering Grade of Automation (GoA) Level 4 metro systems to join our Program Management Consultancy (PMC) team for the Dubai Metro Blue Line project. The successful candidate will provide expert leadership for the design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of a fully automated CBTC system. A deep understanding of international standards, including IEEE standards relevant to CBTC systems, will be critical for ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**CBTC Leadership and Technical Oversight:**
+ Provide expert leadership in the design, development, and deployment of the CBTC system, ensuring alignment with GoA Level 4 requirements and IEEE standards such as **IEEE 1474 (Standard for CBTC Performance and Functional Requirements)** .
+ Oversee the integration of CBTC systems with key subsystems, including rolling stock, SCADA, traction power, and communication systems, ensuring technical and functional compatibility.
+ Lead the development and review of CBTC system specifications, ensuring adherence to relevant IEEE, CENELEC, and IEC standards.
**Compliance and Standards Adherence:**
+ Ensure CBTC system compliance with applicable standards, including:
+ **IEEE 1474.1-1474.4:** CBTC system performance, functional requirements, and testing guidelines.
+ **CENELEC EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129:** Railway applications for safety and reliability.

**Testing and Validation:**

+ Validate CBTC system functionality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing and trial operations, ensuring operational readiness.
+ Oversee Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) reviews for system certification and safety approval.
**Project Management and Delivery:**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the CBTC system within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks related to CBTC implementation, including technical challenges, system integration issues, and supplier performance.
+ Drive the resolution of technical issues during design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring system reliability and compliance with project goals.
**Stakeholder and Contractor Coordination:**
+ Act as the primary technical advisor for all CBTC-related activities, working closely with the RTA, contractors, and system suppliers to align technical requirements and objectives.

**Innovation and Cybersecurity:**

A Content Creator & Graphic Designer is responsible for the production of all graphics work and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the specified requirements, ensuring that the hotels style and Hilton brand standards are maintained.
**What will I be doing**
Responsible for the formatting and creation of visual images and copy using computer-assisted programs. Create stimulating and appealing visual images and copy which is in keeping with the established Hilton brand standards and the hotels style in different mediums and fulfilling various needs of both departments and outlets alike. Assist the Director of Marketing in creating a tangible aspect to the services of the hotel through the creation of specific market collateral and artwork. Work in tandem with theDirector of Marketingto create a unified and distinct visual style of the hotel.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Design high-quality digital and print materials for all three hotels, including flyers, menus, promotional banners, room signage, and branded collateral.
+ Lead day-to-day content development and scheduling for social media accounts ensuring consistency in tone, look and feel across properties.
+ Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with hotel activations, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
+ Capture and edit in-house photography and videos to promote experiences and events.
+ Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media, marketing materials, internal communications, and on-property promotions.
+ Translate marketing ideas into visually impactful designs that reflect the distinct identities of each property.
+ Ensure all visuals comply with Hilton and brand-specific design guidelines and quality standards.
+ Coordinate with influencers and content creators for cluster activations, including scheduling, briefing, and content tracking.
+ Monitor performance of posts and campaigns using Meta Business Suite and other tools; propose content improvements based on analytics.
+ Maintain the internal image and artwork archive in an organized manner for easy access by the team.
+ Support cluster-wide activations and campaigns by collaborating with the F&B, Rooms, and Commercial teams to understand creative needs.
+ Liaise with external vendors, photographers, or printers as needed for production of branded materials.
+ Develop relationships with key digital marketing media players and the travel industry
+ Provide relevant input and assistance to the SBU's projects and activities, including but not limited to travel exhibitions and participation, group partnerships, group giveaways and branding, etc.
+ Acts on behalf of SBU with all vendors, exacting a balance between quality work and price, requesting estimates and approving all materials as needed.
Specific Tasks:
+ Keeps detailed files and records on all matters relative to property's marketing materials (photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc.).
+ Update all menus, flyers, and hotel digital boards in a timely manner as per activations.
+ Support live events by capturing content for immediate or future use on social channels.
+ Support other departments with internal visual communication needs (e.g., Townhall invites, training posters).
+ Research trends and propose fresh visual ideas that align with current market styles.
+ Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including coordination, documentation, follow-up on project deliverables, and assisting with payment processing and vendor communications.
