Senior Regional Security Manager - EMEA
The Senior Regional Security Manager EMEA’s role is an exciting new opportunity to join a growing team in leading the delivery of security risk management expertise and specialist security advice to all relevant divisions and sub regions, to ensure security is properly implemented in accordance with BSC requirements in EMEA.

What You’ll be Doing
- Implement, coordinate, and manage physical security operations, projects, procedures and governance across the region.
- Design, implement and manage a travel security risk management program to serve BSC needs. Conduct risk assessments of travel itineraries, deliver pre-deployment and post-travel briefings, monitor travelers, and provide on-call assistance if needed.
- Respond to and support Incident Management Teams during an incident or event that affects BSC employees and/or assets. Closely collaborate with the regional and local Emergency and Incident Management teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support intelligence gathering and analysis, with capability to generate actionable, timely and relevant insights for regional leadership.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a security field with responsibility for security for multiple business units across a region. Demonstrable evidence of operating in higher risk areas in the EMEA region is required.
- Previous leadership in security risk management working in a multinational organization.
- A university degree, preferably in criminology, criminal justice, international relations or political science is required. A master's degree is desirable.
- Extensive experience developing and executing programs in areas including security operations, event security, travel security, intelligence, investigations, crisis-, emergency-, and incident management.
- Exceptional knowledge of the geopolitical and strategic risk environment across the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
- Highly proficient in the intelligence cycle and producing intelligence reports for a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven knowledge of physical security strategy and implementing physical security practices and technical security measures including access control, CCTV, and management/monitoring systems.
- Experience in leading investigations into security incidents, collaborating with local law enforcement and third party vendors as necessary.

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager – Executive Protection & Event Security to join our Security Services team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope :
The Account Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of bar, club, event, and beach club accounts, as well as ad hoc requirements across both SIRA and PSCOD operational regions. This role includes oversight of all administrative duties and the supervision of the administrative team within the Business Unit (BU). The role will require client relationship & management with all clients so good interpersonal and communication skills required, they will also be expected to contribute to new business wins, sales assistance and support of BU growth in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Northern Emirates.
In addition, the individual will oversee daily operations for all Executive Protection (EP) taskings, reporting directly to the Senior Manager as directed and is expected to ensure SOC / live operational tracking of any operation is accurate. The role also includes upskilling the current SOC team in Event Security and Executive Protection operations where applicable.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all permanent and Adhoc security contracts, ensuring compliance with security policies, procedures, and best practices across ever changing industry.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of rosters, timesheets, and payroll. Key to ensure day to day back-end office functionality is undertaken daily.
- Ensure accurate P&L oversight, including the review and finalisation of invoicing for all BU events and Executive Protection services.
- Lead and support the administrative team, ensuring efficient document control and up-to-date personnel files for all Event Security and EP staff.
- Actively contribute to internal business processes, including:
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Invoicing and contract management for all clients
- Manage and mentor a small team of security admins and managers. The individual is to be the main POC for all permanent and part-time event security staff of 200+ individuals, ensuring efficient operations scheduling at all times.
- Manage daily activities of bars and clubs, assuring the highest levels of response times and customer service are achieved. Client contracts in place and working revenue at risk are updated weekly. Be able to report monthly BU financials at the senior leadership level if/as required.
- A strong understanding of P&L is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, to perform required daily tasks of the business.
- Solution event security quotations with supporting security plan documents to support event security operational teams.
- Produce detailed proposals for bars/clubs and events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets).
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks and conduct risk assessments at clients venues / event sites as/if required.
- Clearly coordinate and communicate with internal departments including Legal, Commercial, ICT, Sales, Finance, and Insurance to ensure all contractual documentation is maintained and always updated.
- Process and oversee all invoicing for events, bars, clubs, beach clubs, ad hoc events, and Executive Protection tasks as the BU requires. Leadership of the Event Security & Executive Protection administration team is critical here to ensure all invoicing for each client is completed within the specific timeframes or directions laid out in the client’s SOP files.
- Assist with rostering, scheduling, and deployments while maintaining all relevant records for operational areas, ensuring zero shortages and preventing any financial impact for the Business Unit (BU).

Customer
- Responsible for preparing any required client documents for deployments as requested, always ensuring the successful deployment of TG/part-time/sub-contract staff.
- Communicate effectively within the team to raise concerns, ask questions, or offer solutions. Communication, both internally and externally, is key in a fast-paced, ad hoc business environment.
- Generate and distribute documents requested by employees, including TG full-time and part-time staff.
- Communicate with clients regarding any discrepancies or changes in invoicing or deployment services.
- Take on new contract / client management easily as well as work alongside key internal security departments including Intercompany contracts.
Process
- Oversee and ensure that all records are on file and updated for all staff in this business sector, including full-time, zero-hour, and part-time staff.
- Lead all back-end arrangements for any event, contract, or Executive Protection uplift, including internal PR requests, equipment processing requests, third-party vehicle arrangements, procurement lead for the BU on any/all requirements, and security team management for staff in this sector.
- Interface regularly with the SOC to uplift their day-to-day skills and liaise with TGSS management to provide event support and manage control processes for all operational areas, such as manpower for events, transport, procurement, and equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are key.
- Produce schedules for all bars/clubs, liaise with venue management for schedule updates, develop bar/club/event schedules, and ensure staff compliance as per the schedule.
- Cross-check all end-of-month timesheets and approve the same for payroll/invoicing. Generate WCRs for client approvals, including the approval of all invoices for processing.
- Develop up-to-date personnel and client files to streamline all administrative processes.
- Collaborate with other business units, including the wider security managers, and HODs, to implement better working practices and improvements where applicable across Event security & Executive Protection.
- Create or modify processes to improve efficiency, streamlining tasks to reduce manual work and reporting, where possible, using Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Assist with Business development and work collaboratively with sales team in this area to innovate and grow the business unit.
Selection Criteria
- 5 years of experience in security management at an operations / equivalent manager level or higher within security services, event security, or executive protection verticals in the UAE.
- Must be able to manage a team of both admin and security site staff, with strong financial and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook must be at a strong/advanced level.
- Ability to report upstream to the Senior Manager, HOD, and CSO as required.
- Degree, with certifications if any – SIRA/PSCOD experience, including management, is beneficial if currently or previously held.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Additional application knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce is a plus to have.
- Ability to communicate efficiently, both verbally and electronically, is key to the role.
- Flexible working hours are required to ensure bars, clubs, and events are managed appropriately as per business needs. Irregular hours may occasionally be required to support peak operational periods.
- Event Security experience is preferred.
- Executive Protection qualification is a bonus if held.
- Safety and Event Management course (e.g., NEBOSH/IOSH) preferred.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have own transport available daily.
- Individually must be able to work amongst & management small, medium & large scale Adhoc security teams in time sensitive and high-pressure environments.
- Understanding of the Green Guide to event management is a plus.

As Security Manager, I will support and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Security Department to provide exceptional services within the Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide wide leadership and direction in all areas of security, loss control, security best practices, and security programs including strategic planning.

- Develop and implement a security training strategy for the property and ensure its effective execution.
- Operate the property in compliance with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements, including documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communication standards, product and service standards, host management practices, and budgetary controls to ensure successful hotel operation.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Security Manager, the candidate must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results, including:
- Possess a high school diploma or related vocational training, plus one year of security and safety experience, including supervisory/training experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and more than five years’ experience in a similar security role are preferred.
- FSLD License
- Security Guard License
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred as an additional language.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Dubai as Security Manager.
- Familiarity with local governance and requirements.
