Information Security Senior Assistant Manager operates in close cooperation with the local Information Security Officer (ISO) and with the Head Office teams to ensure the definition of the objectives for the Cybersecurity and Business Continuity Programs and monitors compliance with such objectives.

Specific accountabilities of the Information Security Assistant Manager in support of the local ISO:

  • Responsible for the oversight of the state of information security and cybersecurity and provides periodic reports (at least annually) on the state of information security to Top management
  • Adopt, implement and update Cybersecurity policies, rules, processes and procedures in line with Head Office regulatory Framework
  • In reporting to the Top Management, considers to the extent applicable the confidentiality of Nonpublic Information and the integrity and security of Information Systems, the cybersecurity policies and procedures, the material cyber risks, the overall effectiveness of information security and cybersecurity program and possible material cybersecurity events involving the branch
  • Work strategically with Head Office to ensure that all aspects of information security and cybersecurity are properly monitored and that security projects and tasks are properly coordinated
  • Perform continuous monitoring of Information Security and Cybersecurity programs to ensure compliance with objectives, policies and procedures
  • Identify and evaluate changes in local regulations, as well as trends in the Information Security and Cybersecurity sector, such as new products, new attacks and new countermeasures for applicability inside the Branch environment
  • Ensure the local execution of Business Continuity activities, including periodical Business Impact Analysis, tests and reporting, in line with the Group model.
  • Work with information owners in business units to determine appropriate security objectives
  • Monitor network activity for malicious activity
  • Monitor and evaluates vulnerability reports, vendor hot-fixes, and vendor patches for applicability to deployed technologies
  • Monitor the process of creating, changing, or removing user access across all systems
  • Monitor the access control program. Ensure that all appropriate documentation pertaining to the recording of account creations, deletions, and permissions are correctly maintained and approved
  • responsible for the Cybersecurity and Business Continuity Training Programs
Required Experience

Previous experience in a similar role preferable.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology or related field;
  • Background in assuring high level of Information Security management and Business Continuity management in an organization;
  • IT/Info/Cyber Security risk management knowledge, including application risk classification and application control assessments;
  • Knowledge of financial industry products and related IT platform, a plus.

  1. Act as the role of client’s regional security advisor/representative, responsible for all security challenges related to client's operations in that region.

  10. Develop a regular report system. Report work summaries, security incidents analysis, mitigation measures, and practical recommendations to regional representative’s office, corporate security department, and country managers in that region.
2. Emergency Response/ Crisis Management
  1. Act as client's crisis management coordinator in that region in the event of emergency and crisis.
  2. Develop or update emergency plans at country level and organize on-site rehearsals, conduct regular assessment of emergency supplies at country level.
  3. Responsible for emergency response of that region or country and provide security guidance and suggestions.
  4. Provide supportive intelligence and analysis of security incidents to regional and country level management.
  5. In charge of liaison with external emergency service agencies and third-party agencies under the guidance of the regional representative’s office and corporate security department.
  6. When necessary, assist external agencies in organizing the emergency evacuation and withdrawal of company employees.
  7. After the emergency response is over, summarize and review in a timely manner, modify related policies, to better respond to similar incidents in the future.
3. Conduct / Implement Prioritized Tasks Planned by Corporate Security Department in that Region
  1. Responsible for regional security quality review at certain intervals.
  2. Develop monthly report, conduct daily work by PDCA/plan-do-check-act model.
  3. Conduct monthly and quarterly review of projects to ensure their smooth progress, make adjustments based on findings, gaps to better achieve the goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in security management, and more than 2 years of experience in security management in high-risk countries outside of China.
  3. More than 3 years of regional security management experience in multinational companies.
  4. More than 2 years of experience in high-risk countries outside of PRC.
  5. Rich front-line delivery experience, able to fit for position.
  6. Chinese would be preferred or English, French, Spanish can be used as working languages.
  7. Chinese language speaking is necessary, (may not be a Chinese national).
  8. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of Chinese culture & knowledge of how to work with Chinese clients.
  9. Frequent international travels in APAC and Middle East countries (Iraq, Jordan, Egypt & Syria) at short notice, (quick mobilization).

The Principal Information Security Consultant shall be the primary technical liaison between our clients and our internal security teams.   • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

We are seeking an experienced Consultant - Security Engineer with specialized knowledge in securing data-native environments. This role involves working across Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), Real-Time Streaming (RTS), and containerization technologies, ensuring robust security for sensitive data across large-scale infrastructures. You will design, implement, and monitor security protocols, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Architect and secure Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) platforms such as Cloudera, Hadoop, and Spark.
- Implement security for Real-Time Streaming (RTS) platforms like Kafka and Flink.
- Manage security tools (Ranger, Atlas, Knox) and ensure comprehensive EDW security.
- Secure reporting platforms (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) across web and mobile.
- Safeguard CI/CD pipelines using technologies like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Secure databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic) and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Apply security controls for APIs, containers (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
- Perform source code reviews, application penetration testing, and secure mobile platforms (iOS/Android). Technical Expertise Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CISM/CISA, CCSK/CCSP, CKA/CKS).
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP/Oracle) are a plus.
- Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are desirable.

- Proficiency in cybersecurity principles like SoD, RBAC, and encryption techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR) and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
- Hands-on experience in Kubernetes security and CI/CD processes.
- Skilled in Python automation for securing workflows.
- Minimum of 2 years of information security engineering experience in data-native environments.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders in a DevOps setting.
- Expertise in EDW, RTS, Data Analytics, and containerization platforms.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and secure technology solutions.
