Job Objectives:
To lead, organize, and execute all catering operations, delivering premium-quality service and products while achieving business targets and upholding the Home Bakery brand experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full catering process from inquiry to execution, including planning, logistics, staffing, and service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all catering clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to design menus and service styles tailored to each event.
- Coordinate the preparation, transportation, and setup of catering equipment and products at event locations.
- Lead and supervise staff during events to ensure professional service, efficiency, and hospitality.
- Handle any service issues or client concerns quickly and effectively.
- Track and report on catering performance metrics, client feedback, and operational improvements.
- Manage catering inventory, procurement, and cost controls specific to event needs.
- Conduct regular team training to ensure adherence to food safety standards, brand consistency, and service excellence.
- Maintain detailed records for events, invoices, staff hours, and post-event analysis.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in catering management, hospitality operations, or event planning in the UAE.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Deep understanding of catering logistics, food safety regulations, and service standards.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in Hospitality/Event Management is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle is required.

Key Responsibilities:
