Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle immigration and MOL processes, including visas, labour cards (new, renewal, cancellation), company renewals, insurance, and fee submissions.
- Manage applications for Emirates ID, medicals, visa stamping, and status changes.
- Liaise with the AMER Centre, TASHEEL, DED, MOHRE, and other relevant government bodies to obtain all required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with the company's indoor/outdoor administrative tasks.
- Support urgent or special assignments as directed by management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration, and government portals.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
