YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Include building strong relationships with clients, providers and operators alike. About the Role

Reporting to the Cabin Crew Manager (CCM), the main role and function of a Flight Attendant team member is the provision of safe professional flights in conformance with stipulated DC Aviation Al-Futtaim company procedures. In addition, these duties shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority regulations. Flight safety shall be the main objective, followed by customer satisfaction through excellence in service.

Primary Duties:

• Ensuring all GCAA and DC Aviation Al-Futtaim company requirements are upheld when reporting for duty (correct documentation is carried; fit to fly and carry out all Cabin Crew duties).
• Participating in pre-flight safety briefing with Cockpit Crew and Purser.
• Maintaining and adhering to DC Aviation Al-Futtaim grooming standards.
• Conducting pre-flight checks of on-board Safety & Emergency equipment in their relevant area, reporting any defects to the Commander immediately.
• Conducting a pre-flight and post-flight security check in their relevant area, reporting a cabin clear or any findings to the Commander immediately.
• Conducting a pre-flight check on the cabin management system and in-flight entertainment system, reporting any defects to the Commander immediately.
• Sourcing, ordering, checking and storing all in-flight catering in a safe, professional manner.
• Ensuring pre-flight that all required service equipment, cabin amenities and required documentation are available and in good working order.
• Welcomes and assists guests during the boarding process.
• Confidently conducts the required DC Aviation Al-Futtaim pre-flight passenger safety briefing.
• Promptly passing the ‘Cabin Secure’ notification to the Cockpit Crew.
• Providing excellent DCAF Quality Customer Service in-flight to all guest, assisting any guests which may require special attention.
• Ensuring the cabin, galley, washrooms and crew rest area are kept clean, tidy and secured during, taxi, take-off, turbulence and landing.
• Assisting guests during the disembarkation process and ensuring all relevant arrival documentation (such as Immigration & Customs landing cards) have been completed prior to doors opening.
• Communicating any cabin/equipment issues to the Commander for inclusion in the TLB.
• Completing a DC Aviation Al-Futtaim Voyage Report after each duty/flight and sending the report to the CCM.
• Cleaning, re-stocking and de-catering the aircraft.
• Attending a monthly Aircraft Review Day.
• Assisting when required at the DC Aviation Al-Futtaim FBO facility.
• Other duties / tasks as assigned by management within scope of area of responsibility

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• Successful completion of GCAA approved aircraft specific Safety & Emergency training.
• Successful completion of all relevant internal DC Aviation Al-Futtaim training courses.
• High level knowledge of relevant GCAA regulations and procedures relating to the role.
• High level of experience in VVIP aviation / First Class service.

Overview

Assist the Workshops Management to accomplish intermediate maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all aviation life support equipment (ALSE)/NVG. Knowledge and understanding of all aircrew flight equipment and chemical/biological defense equipment utilized by the unit's aircrew to ensure aircrew flight equipment/components meet airworthiness criteria, operate within specified tolerances, and are mission ready to support daily and critical combat operations.

Will also be responsible for:

1. Supervising and providing technical guidance to subordinate personnel performing maintenance on ALSE/NVG equipment.
2. Evaluating maintenance operations and facilities for compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and operational policies.
3. Ensuring subordinates manage all forms and records in accordance with DA PAM 738-751 and related publications.
4. Performing maintenance trend analysis and applying production control, quality control, and other maintenance management principles to ALSE/NVG repair shop operations.
5. Instructing personnel and conducting technical training in ALSE/NVG equipment, maintenance, supply, and safety procedures.
6. Evaluating the technical training program for host nation personnel.
7. Serving as the focal point for all parts, tools, shop stock, and supply requisitions.
8. Maintaining accountability for all tools and equipment assigned to the shop.
9. Keeping a current technical library in accordance with shop mission and equipment.
10. Performing fit checks and adjustments on flight helmets, oxygen masks, survival vests, and other ALSE items for military and contractor flight crew members.
11. Being responsible for all safety matters of personnel and equipment in the ASE Workshop.
12. Providing oversight, guidance, and counseling to all personnel assigned.

To lead the strategic development, implementation, and growth of the Business/General Aviation function at a UAE-based City Centre Airport. The role involves identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, driving business development, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to enhance profitability through targeted business development interventions. The Business Development Manager will drive all Business Development activities – in alignment with the Airport Operator’s strategic objective of attaining sustainable revenue growth.

The role includes global tenders, supplier negotiations, contract management, fuel risk analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and strategic goals.

• Develop and implement the fuel procurement strategy aligned with Air Arabia’s operational requirements, growth plan, and cost optimization goals.
• Conduct fuel tenders and negotiate term contracts with suppliers and into-plane service providers with leading regional players across Air Arabia network.
• Evaluate annual fuel requirement across regions and periodic planning for tendering and renewals
• Evaluate, select, and manage global and regional fuel suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, delivery, credit terms, and SLAs.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Track fuel price trends and market movements (e.g., Platts, Brent).
