Qualification Required

  • The candidates should have an Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise civil construction activities such as foundations, piling, concrete works, structural installations, and subsea infrastructure

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : 10+ years managing large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical facilities like data centers or high-tech industrial sites. Demonstrated success in leading projects through the full construction lifecycle, including commissioning and handover.

Are you a driven and curious graduate eager to build a career in civil engineering? AECOM is excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our **Civil Infrastructure team in Al Ain** as a **Graduate Civil Engineer** as part of our Graduate Program.This role offers exposure to a broad range of infrastructure projects - from design and supervision of roads and utilities to bridges and urban development, giving you a well-rounded foundation in the civil engineering field.
**Role Overview:** As a Graduate Civil Engineer at AECOM, you'll support the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects across Al Ain. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to key technical tools and multidisciplinary collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the design of civil infrastructure components including roads, utilities, and site development layouts.
+ Participate in the application of quality control procedures and industry standards.
+ Support senior engineers with the preparation of design documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
+ Contribute to drawing production and design models using platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
+ Engage in cross-functional coordination and attend team meetings to understand project workflows.
+ Develop technical skills while enhancing your ability to communicate findings and progress clearly.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
+ Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
+ Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
+ Available to start September 2025.
