Stakeholder Coordination

Budget & Cost Control

Skills & Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience : 10+ years managing large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical facilities like data centers or high-tech industrial sites. Demonstrated success in leading projects through the full construction lifecycle, including commissioning and handover.
• Technical Skills : Primavera P6 and/or MS Project for scheduling. Procore or BIM 360 for construction project management. Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Soft Skills : Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.

+ Support senior engineers with the preparation of design documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
+ Contribute to drawing production and design models using platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
+ Engage in cross-functional coordination and attend team meetings to understand project workflows.
+ Develop technical skills while enhancing your ability to communicate findings and progress clearly.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
+ Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
+ Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
+ Available to start September 2025.
