In this exciting and challenging role, you will be part of a dynamic service team dedicated to providing world class customer service. Primary responsibility will be providing our customers world class repairs in a professional and prompt manner to meet their requirements for Aftermarket repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the directions of the repair center supervisor to understand the dynamics of GAS repairs business and perform hands on tasks assigned.
- Keep tracking of all workshop related documents, reports, tool lists, calibration certificates, etc.
- To follow up quality of work standards together with the potential vendors for our outsourced activities.
- Liaison with our vendors for external repairs
- Accomplish workshop repairs / overhauls as specified in the work order
- Coordinate with service planner for repairs schedules
- Provide a timely and accurate feedback about the work progress to supervisor
- Compile risk assessments and method statements if requested by the customer
- Submit comprehensive repair reports in a timely manner after task completion

Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Conduct process simulations using software like Aspen Plus, ProMax, or HYSYS to model and optimize oil & gas and/or water treatment
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other engineering documents.
- Perform hydraulic and heat balance calculations to ensure equipment sizing and process operability.
- Experience of PSV, control valve sizing, equipment sizing, good understanding of pumps, instruments etc
- Provide technical support to operations teams during troubleshooting, commissioning, and debottlenecking
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- Stay current with evolving industry standards and regulations for oil & gas and/or water
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, procurement, operations) to ensure project success.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil & gas and/or water treatment
- Strong proficiency in process simulation software like Aspen Plus, ProMax, or
- Experience with PFD, P&ID, and other engineering documentation
- Excellent understanding of mass and heat transfer and fluid
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical
- Knowledge of all International Standards like Shell DP, API, ASME
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
