- Minimum 5-15 years of experience in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
- At least 5 years of experience managing projects in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local regulations, permits, and approval processes.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure or building projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, high-rises).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
