Role: Retail Trainer – FMCG Location: Dubai

We are partnering with a large global retailer that is seeking a Retail Trainer – FMCG to support retail operations by designing and delivering impactful training programs for sales and customer service teams. This role will focus on enhancing employee performance, customer engagement, and overall service standards across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales and customer service staff.Create engaging training content, manuals, and e-learning materials.Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence.Assess and evaluate training effectiveness, providing coaching and feedback where needed.Collaborate with retail managers to identify training needs and align with business objectives.Ensure consistency and high standards of training delivery across multiple store locations.RequirementsMinimum 4 years’ experience in the retail industry with proven retail training expertise.Valid UAE Driving License.Strong background in content creation and instructional design.Well-spoken with excellent communication and presentation skills.#LI-RK1

**Senior/ Flavorist (Beverage and Sweet Goods)**
**Dubai, UAE**
As our successful Flavorist for Beverage and Sweet Goods, you'll develop cutting-edge flavor solutions and provide expert technical support to clients. You will collaborate closely with senior flavorists and the application team to deliver exceptional, beyond-taste solutions.

**Your key responsibilities:**
+ Create local and regional flavors with the aim of winning projects and creating new/ match benchmarks/golden standards based on local needs
+ Understand and interpret clients' needs and translate them into flavor compositions which are within client quality, price and regulatory guidelines respecting all relevant company policies and standards.
+ Develop formulations following internal GCP and brief requirements
+ Work in close collaboration with the Application/ industrialization team at factory to ensure good industrial feasibility of new developments
+ Perfect know-how of the main applications, process and the main mechanisms of flavor matrix interactions.
+ Strong know-how of food science and business acumen.
+ Evaluate new raw materials and introduce them into the local palette.

**You bring:**
+ Technical background in Food Science/Chemical with undergraduate/postgraduate degree and extensive years of experience in Beverage/ Sweet Goods creation (flavorist).
+ Must have Creation Training from a reputed university or flavor house.
+ Strong understanding of Flavor Science (Flavor Stability, Ingredients reactivity), natural chemicals and extracts production pathways and main analytical technics.
+ Knowledge of flavoring and non-flavoring creation palette, including chemical structures and parameters.
+ Expertise in sugar, salt, and umami reduction as well as mouthfeel and masking tools.
+ Pro-active, autonomous, and capable of handling multiple projects methodically within short deadlines; accurate, rigorous, and well-organized.
+ Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; enthusiastic, open-minded, and a good team player
+ Willingness to travel.
