What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst within BCG's Center for Digital Government (CDG), a part of the Public Sector and Technology & Digital Advantage Practice, you will work in a growing global team, providing digital government expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. Some weeks, you'll help many different case teams work through challenging digital government issues, while other weeks, you might 'go deep' at a single client, sometimes directly with client counterparts.
 
Additionally, you will support the CDG in developing existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets. What You'll Do
As the Middle East Career Development (CD) Operations Senior Specialist/Manager, you report into the Career Development Senior Manager and work in close partnership with the Talent Management Team, the wider HR team, the regional CD team, and other local Business Support functions.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with and understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Computer literacy with mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook, and HRIS systems like Oasys.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• A proactive nature with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security.
• Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to exceed expectations in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support across all HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, training coordination, and offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system accurately.
• Issue employment contracts and facilitate onboarding with a professional and welcoming approach.
• Coordinate HR activities such as recognition events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, local labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
• Support payroll processing by managing attendance, leave, and other data inputs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, providing clear guidance.
• Protect confidentiality of HR data and organizational matters.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support management decision-making.

The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of Imvent, ensuring an organized and efficient environment that supports creative production. This role involves managing studio logistics, resources, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring all equipment and resources are in working order.
2. Schedule and coordinate studio bookings, managing conflicts and accommodating multiple projects.
3. Maintain inventory of studio equipment, ordering replacements or repairs as necessary.
