The role includes connecting system components based on wiring diagrams and IP plans, collecting signals, configuring software, and providing training and support. You will act as a key link between technical teams and end-users, ensuring the system works as intended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute customer implementation projects
  • Analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly
  • Provide training and technical support throughout the process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Document configurations and processes
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and support teams
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Regular travel may be required for customer meetings.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a similar technical role within the automotive or public transport sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of software and hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  • Great communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is an advantage
