Position Summary:
The HR Director is responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function across the organization. - Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Real Estate Experience is a plus .

Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Human Resources, the Director, Global Human Resources will support the Global team and act as a key point of contact for the HR teams on Resorts. Key responsibilities include working on our new opening resorts, including travel, planning, budgeting, knowledge of local laws, Colleague facilities, and HR resort support. The role involves extensive travel to resorts, often unplanned, so the ability to travel freely is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-opening planning, including housing requirements, budgeting payroll and HR expenses, and reconnaissance visits to locations.
- Applying standards across all resorts for colleague facilities, including residence and dining.
- Knowledge and application of local laws where resorts operate.
- Conducting HR audits at properties annually with the VP, Global HR.
- Engaging and managing global RSOs teams.
- Driving and supporting global initiatives such as Balance and Resort Awards.
- Assisting in Ethics Points investigations and portal administration.

+ Proven experience leading HR across multi-unit properties with 1,000+ employees, demonstrating strong capability in managing complexity and scale.
+ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes within a matrixed environment.
+ Strong business acumen and financial awareness.
+ Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on operational HR support with strategic business partnership.
+ In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and all relevant legal requirements, including employee relations, disciplinary procedures, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
+ A successful track record in driving nationalisation efforts, including the integration, development, and retention of local talent.
+ Confident communicator with excellent presentation and project management skills-capable of leading HR projects and change initiatives across multiple properties.
+ Middle East experience is highly desirable, within culturally diverse and fast-paced hospitality environments.
+ High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information with full confidentiality.
+ Passion for luxury service, culture-building, and the development of high-performing teams that bring the brand to life.
