**As a HR Supervisor, you would be responsible for:**
+ Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
+ Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
+ Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
+ Plan and execute reports and regional data
+ Implement and enforce hotel HR policies and procedures.
+ Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
+ Ensure compliance with labour laws and hotel industry regulations.
+ Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
+ Facilitate communication between management and team members.

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ At least 2-3 years of HR experience in the hospitality or service industry.

+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
+ A passion for team work and development
+ Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
