Job Description
As an Electrical Superintendent you work closely with the Technical Superintendent to prepare dockings and repairs to the electrical equipment. You communicate between the crew on the ships, suppliers, other specialist colleagues and project employees.
Function description
As Electrical Superintendent you are part of the team with other Electrical Superintendent, Technical Superintendents and Project Engineers. This pool of colleagues is based in our office in Rotterdam with occasional travelling to a ship or yard. The team you will be working in supports the (existing) fleet. This means that you are involved in the maintenance and modifications for the electrical installations on board ships and equipment.
Skills
- You advise the Technical Superintendent on the daily situation regarding electrical systems of our ships.
- You determine the requirements for the electrical installations based on the project requirements.
- You advise on technical solutions to achieve the project goals.
- You test the technical proposals of suppliers against the requirements.
- You support the crew with electrical problems on board.
Requirements
- Experience with SRI (Subsea Rock installation), Heavy Lift, Large Hoppers and Offshore Wind Installation Vessels
- You have a minimum HBO working and thinking level (preferably in the direction of electrical engineering).
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in the maritime sector).
- You master the English language in word and writing.
- EU citizenship due to the project location and occasional travel, and ideally already living in The Netherlands.

**What will I be doing?**
As Housekeeping Attendant, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry team for all aspects by delegating the day-to-day activities Housekeeping and Laundry within the hotel. Specifically, a Housekeeping Attendant will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified d by the hotel brand standards
+ Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
+ Provide excellent guest service
+ Actively works on availability and release of Rooms for Guest Service along with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
+ Manages the controls of the Housekeeping department, such as: frequency of employees, release of master keys, book incident, input and output input and output uniform and linen, among others
+ Responsible for checking daily the guest information in CRM and ensure that the preferences and requests of the same are met on time
+ Request flowers for special occasions (marriage, death, maternity ...). Besides providing embroidery for special linen (wedding and pampering)
+ Control makes monthly Lost and Found and donations
+ Check the uniforms and send for c leaning and / or repair
+ Coordinates and controls all traffic of documents and people within the department. Does releases linen of Laundry daily
+ Makes daily guest clothing release of guests that use the laundry service
+ Makes monthly closing of Laundry expenses and provision of same
+ Replaces (a) Laundry Attendant in case of holidays, days off or absences
