• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the franchise outlets, and ensure adherence to the brand image, quality, and customer service standards.
• Implement and monitor the franchise performance management system and provide regular reports and feedback to the senior management and the franchisees.

Franchise Marketing and Communication

• Develop and implement the franchise marketing and communication plan, in coordination with the Marketing and Communication department.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of the franchise marketing and communication activities with the corporate brand identity and strategy.
• Support the franchisees in developing and executing local marketing and promotion campaigns and provide them with the necessary tools and materials.
• Facilitate and participate in franchise meetings, events, and forums, and foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among the franchise networks.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Department MIS and progress reports are prepared to provide accurate and timely reports and necessary information to Company Management to effectively manage the business.

Minimum Requirtments:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the Commercial segment of the Oil & Gas industry, with minimum 4 years at senior level
  • In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas Business, Maritime, Offshore and Logistics Services, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production operations
  • Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law and government regulations
  • Excellent awareness of the internal and external industrial environment and prevalent best practices in employee and industrial relations. Strong analytic and critical thinking skills and possess the ability to make holistic and long-term decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport and influence senior management, company colleagues and industry peers
  • Good negotiation, communication, presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Numerical skills
  • Proficient in English

Your mission
As Protection Engineer in our Transmission & Distribution division, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and supervising protection schemes, calculations, and testing activities in accordance with TRANSCO and OETC standards. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable and secure protection systems for substations and transmission networks.

Your key responsibilities
  • Review CTs & VTs requirements as per the Single Line Diagram (SLD) and verify sizing calculations.
  • Review Protection & Metering Diagrams (PMD) to ensure compliance with OETC philosophy and standards.
  • Review Block Logic Diagrams (BLD) for accuracy and operability.
  • Verify relay lists against TRANSCO documentation and standards.
  • Coordinate with CRP (Control & Relay Panel) builders and review scheme drawings to match requirements.
  • Review relay setting calculations to ensure compliance with system requirements.
  • Represent TRANSCO during protection testing activities and witness tests.
  • Coordinate with TRANSCO protection staff for necessary approvals and testing processes.

Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (approved by Saudi Council of Engineers or equivalent GCC authority).
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in electrical protection engineering.

Who you are
  • Strong knowledge of TRANSCO/OETC standards for protection systems.
  • Skilled in CT/VT design, relay protection schemes, and testing supervision.
  • Experienced in coordinating with utilities, contractors, and OEMs.

Your soft skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Strong coordination skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in resolving technical issues.

Preference
  • Candidates with prior TRANSCO approval will be highly preferred.
