The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This job works closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies to optimise the financial performance of the assigned business and provide guidance on financial decisions.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure

Minimum Required Experience
- A minimum of 7-10 years working experience in a similar role.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Preferably MBA or CPA or advanced certification.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Accoun9ng or Finance; CMA, CPA, or similar cer9fica9on preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of accoun9ng experience with at least 2/3 years in a Real Estate/Developer
or Brokerage company in the UAE.
