As a Dairy Farm Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily farm activities and the overall care of the dairy herd. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the milking process, feeding and watering livestock, cleaning and maintaining barns and milking areas, monitoring animal health and behavior, and supporting the farm team in various tasks and projects.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to animal welfare and quality work, as well as good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions. No prior experience in dairy farming is necessary, as we provide training for all our employees.
