• Perform daily operational procedures to ensure continuous work flow.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, service, and maintain aircraft systems and components.
• Conduct basic aircraft and component inspections, interpreting findings.
• Assist in identifying and repairing aircraft corrosion, preventing future issues.
• Test components and systems post-repair.

• Test launch and recovery equipment.

• Operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) as required.

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulations.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Completion and on-time delivery of Line + Scheduled/Unscheduled Maintenance tasks including certification on the ATC aircraft, in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy.
• Perform inspection, repair and modification work based on current authorization and training level.
• To fly on board the aircraft for performing MX and certification at departure and arrival stations.
• To carry out MX and certification at base and other stations.
• To communicate at all times with MCC and CAMO to ensure that they are fully informed of any developments.

• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering / Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience working in an AMO & Line Maintenance environment.
• Hold EASA B1/ equivalent type ratings for B747-400 Freighter aircraft fitted with PW4000 series / CF6-80C2 series engines.
• Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in aviation maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a mechanic on the specified aircraft type.
• Thorough knowledge of common tools, special tools, test equipment, and ground support equipment used in aircraft maintenance.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Bachelor s Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation, or Engineering (Master s in a related discipline preferred)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Six Sigma or similar process improvement qualification
• In-depth experience in MRO operations, maintenance programs, and sustainment planning

• Minimum 8 years in a supervisory role managing aviation maintenance and modification programs, preferably military
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle logistics and multi-aircraft material planning
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing OEM/vendor relations

• Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Manage aircraft maintenance personnel, resources, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable maintenance standards and safety regulations
• Prepare for audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Oversee and support departmental managers to maintain effective operations
• Produce regular reports and monthly contract deliverables (CDRL)
• Direct maintenance activities including inspections, modifications, and repairs
• Ensure aircraft meet airworthiness standards through strict adherence to technical manuals
• Forecast and plan scheduled maintenance around operational requirements
• Oversee related functions such as logistics, quality control, and IT
• Develop and implement training programs for new aircraft types
• Support deployment operations with procedural guidance
