    • Help us develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends, competitive drivers, region-specific sales channels, and more

    • Work closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to lead conversations within your customer base to enable you to achieve your goal

    • Demonstrate exceptional expertise in sales forecasting, ensuring precise and reliable predictions to drive informed decision-making and maximize business growth

    • Consistently use data from sales figures, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to enable you to meet and exceed sales goals

    We're looking for candidates who have:

    • Demonstrated history in a previous B2B SaaS sales role

    • Proven experience managing and closing complex software sales within MEA National Security, Intelligence, or Defense communities

    • Established relationships within the System Integrator and Defense ecosystem.

    • Expertise in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions for complex,multi-year sales agreements

    • Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills and can convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way

    • Track record in both new business development, delivering accurate sales forecast and strategic & tactical account development

    • A passion to deliver on the Chainalysis mission to build trust in Blockchains

    • The willingness to travel within the region for identifying and building sales growth

    Nice to have experience:

    • Experience with Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cyber Security, and/or Cryptocurrency Technologies

    • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain technology is advantageous but not required

    Role Overview

    We are representing a fast-growing UAV and surveillance technology solutions provider working across the UAE GCC and Africa. The company is seeking a Solution Engineer Public Safety to design and implement integrated solutions involving drones CCTV command systems and AI-enabled surveillance.

    This role requires a strong blend of technical know-how (Linux coding system integration) and domain knowledge in public safety law enforcement or emergency response technologies.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design and deploy public safety use cases involving drones CCTV thermal imaging and integrated monitoring platforms
    • Configure and troubleshoot Linux-based systems servers and networked devices
    • Collaborate with product sales and operations teams to develop customized client solutions
    • Write basic scripts or integrations to connect UAV platforms with third-party safety systems
    • Conduct live demonstrations pilot projects and field implementations for government or security sector clients
    • Deliver technical documentation solution proposals and post-sales support
    • Stay current with trends in emergency response technology UAV command centers and surveillance analytics
    Candidate Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electronics Robotics or related technical field
    • 1-3 years of experience in a public safety surveillance or system integration environment
    • Proficiency in Linux OS system administration and coding/scripting (Python Bash or similar)
    • Hands-on experience working with CCTV systems drones command centers or integrated security platforms
    • Familiarity with networking protocols real-time video feeds and IoT security hardware
