As we expand our presence in the UAE and GCC region, we are building a strong, on-ground sales team to drive brand growth and deliver value to our clients in investment banking, law, private equity, corporate, and startup ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively create brand awareness for DocullyVDR within investment banks, law firms, private equity firms, corporations, and startup incubators.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and conferences.
  • Represent DocullyVDR at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to build meaningful relationships within the UAE & GCC business community.
  • Deliver effective product demos, craft compelling proposals, and negotiate deals to successful closure.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, update all activities in the CRM, and report on opportunities, lead status, and conversions.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitors, and client feedback to position DocullyVDR effectively against competition.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the sales management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up, strong relationship management, and consistent engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE in a similar sales & marketing capacity, ideally with a SaaS or B2B tech product.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE & GCC market and professional ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage sales cycles end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM tools for managing pipeline and sales reporting (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Must be able to join immediately and be legally eligible to work in the UAE.

    • Reporting & Performance Metrics:
      • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, conversion rates, and sales performance.
      • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
    • Compliance & Risk Management:
      • Ensure that all client acquisition activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
      • Implement best practices for risk management and adherence to regulatory requirements.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience:
      • 15+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development within the financial services industry, with a focus on SME and Commercial lending products.
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
      • Previous experience in a leadership role managing a sales or client acquisition team is highly desirable.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of SME and Commercial Banking financing products offered in the market across Unsecured Business Loans, Merchant POS loans, Asset backed Loans, Financing against Income Generating Property, CAPEX Loans, Working Capital, Trade and Supply Chain finance.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
      • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making and strategy.
    • Education:
      • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, MBA (Finance) and relevant certifications are a plus.

    Location: Based in Dubai, UAE, with regular business travel as needed.

    As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering all sales and integrated customer offerings to customers in the Africa and Middle East territories.

    This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with dealers, developing sales strategies, and driving overall sales performance.

    You will lead and manage dealer relationships, market company products and services, and develop dealer sales capability for the diesel and gas gen-set market in Africa and the Middle East.

    • Plan, set, and achieve business plans while driving overall sales and go-to-market strategies to promote company products and services.
    • Understand business models and act within business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
    • Design and assist dealers on forecast sales/rental/used strategy planning and sales techniques supporting the rollout of new products.
    • Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.
