Key Responsibilities
- Proactively create brand awareness for DocullyVDR within investment banks, law firms, private equity firms, corporations, and startup incubators.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and conferences.
- Represent DocullyVDR at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to build meaningful relationships within the UAE & GCC business community.
- Deliver effective product demos, craft compelling proposals, and negotiate deals to successful closure.
- Manage the sales pipeline, update all activities in the CRM, and report on opportunities, lead status, and conversions.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and client feedback to position DocullyVDR effectively against competition.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the sales management.
- Ensure timely follow-up, strong relationship management, and consistent engagement with key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE in a similar sales & marketing capacity, ideally with a SaaS or B2B tech product.
- Deep understanding of the UAE & GCC market and professional ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage sales cycles end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent communication, networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM tools for managing pipeline and sales reporting (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be able to join immediately and be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
