Job Description:

This role involves managing a caseload through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering psychotherapeutic interventions in various modalities, including CBT, CFT, EMDR, Trauma-focused CBT, and DBT.

They will also organize and provide academic, personal, social, and emotional counseling, building strong relationships with patients and delivering effective counseling and feedback.

Additionally, the Clinical Psychologist will use various techniques to assist patients in finding resolutions or developing strategies to address concerns.

Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one support therapy and group support therapy, writing psychological assessment reports, and contributing to the development of pathways within specialist areas.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will maintain accurate records and service monitoring requirements, stay updated on knowledge in the subject area by attending CPD courses, and work collaboratively with the Centre's multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications required for this position include relevant qualifications in clinical psychology and experience working with individuals with mental health issues.

Also, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

A driver's license is not required but it can be an advantage.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychotherapist located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Psychotherapist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing evidence-based therapy, and preparing treatment plans. Requirements

• Must be eligible and apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor within 30 days and obtain within 90 days of placement in job, unless a higher credential is held
• Current Washington state driver's license or obtained within 30-days of relocating to Washington

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred

• Depending on assigned area, proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state may be required

• Depending on assigned area, BLS may be required
