The role of Land Surveyor plays a vital part in the construction process, ensuring that all projects meet regulatory standards and are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys for building foundations, utilities, and finishing works.
- Verify site measurements and control points, levels, and benchmarks in accordance with project drawings.
- Coordinate with project engineers and consultants during inspections and approval stages.
- Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, and data records to company and authority standards.
- Manage NOC applications from relevant authorities, including DM, RTA, DEWA, Etisalat / DU.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in onshore/offshore oil and gas projects and proficiency in Staad Pro calculations. They will be responsible for producing and maintaining structural deliverables, including calculations, datasheets, technical specifications, material requisitions, bid evaluations, schedules, MTOs, GAD reviews, detailed drawings, and work volumes, in accordance with industry standards, codes, and client specifications, within the schedule and budget set by the Lead Structural Engineer.
