In this role, you will not only lead on some of the industry's most exciting projects but also have a key role in shaping the future talent within our teams through mentorship and development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex projects to ensure successful delivery to important clients.
- Work on a huge portfolio of projects across the Middle East and globally, involving all kinds of buildings.
- Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling and analysis for smoke movement.
- Develop and use other forms of Computer Modelling software such as CFAST, Pyrosim, and Pathfinder to provide alternative fire engineering solutions.
- Manage personnel in a team of engineers and mentor and train graduates.
- Client-facing role, manage site inspections, and address construction-related queries.
- Responsible for Business Development and finding new clients to help grow the business.
Requirements and Qualifications
- BEng/MEng or equivalent.
- Experience working in a fire engineering consultancy, delivering fire strategy and fire safety consultancy services, conducting fire risk assessments, and developing fire management plans.
- An articulate communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be based in UAE and travel more than 50% across project sites.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs.
