What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of CAD software and hardware.
Ensure compatibility and integration of CAD systems with other software used by the organization.
Manage CAD licenses and ensure compliance with software agreements.
Develop, implement, and enforce CAD standards, templates, and workflows.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Act as the primary point of contact for CAD-related inquiries and support requests.
Collaborate with IT teams to address hardware and network issues affecting CAD performance.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in CAD drafting, design, or management.
Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, MicroStation, etc.).
Experience in managing CAD teams or projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of CAD software and tools.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to train and mentor team members.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

+ Organizing and managing design processes for small to medium-scale projects
+ Supporting design managers with planning and defining scopes, schedules, and information flow
+ Coordinating with technical design teams to track design inputs and ensure timely resolution of issues
+ Preparing and updating logs, trackers, and reports for design deliverables, RFIs, risks, and changes
+ Reviewing deliverables for alignment with client expectations and contract requirements
+ Maintaining documentation and helping drive design efficiency across projects

1. Bachelor's Degree in Design Management, Architecture, Interior Design from an accredited University
2. Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
