The Innovation Catalyst will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, supporting ground-up initiatives, and facilitating commercialization and research programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.

• Innovation Program Management: Lead hackathons, accelerators, and open-innovation challenges to surface deployable solutions.
• Ground-Up Innovation and Proof-of-Concept Development: Support and fast-track ideas through small-scale pilots and gather real-world evidence.
• Research and Business Sustainability: Leverage academic and industry collaborations to validate use cases and drive research initiatives.
• Platform Development & Deployment: Oversee the design, testing, validation, and integration of platforms into existing workflows.
• Commercialisation & Scaling: Create go-to-market playbooks and manage large-scale roll-outs to maximize adoption revenue.

Essential: Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Innovation Management, Health Sciences, or a related field. 5 years of experience leading innovation programs, open innovation challenges, or business incubation preferably in healthcare.

Desired: Certifications in Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and experience in organizing hackathons, commercialization of early-stage innovations, and business sustainability initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.
