Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact between tenants, unit owners, community members, and management, and liaise concerns and complaints to the PID HOAM.
  • Respond efficiently to telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Liaise between departments and clients to provide suitable service considering needs, costs, and time constraints.
  • Respond to all internal/external emails related to feedback, closure, or update within the agreed timeframe.
  • Maintain knowledge of all property locations.
  • Collect NOC charges, manage move-in and move-out requests, fit-out requests, access cards, and gate passes to ensure timely revenue booking.
  • Coordinate with the facilities management team regarding residents' complaints.
  • Prepare and circulate circulars for GC residents.
  • Monitor centralized emails for community management (e.g., ), follow up on urgent complaints, close call center tickets, and escalate issues to senior management if necessary.
  • Attend, prepare, and circulate agendas for meetings, conduct committee meetings, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Certification in M-100 The Essentials of Community Association Management.
  • 4-5 years of experience in customer service.
  • 2-3 years of experience in owners association and community management.
  • Proven track record in customer service with direct client handling skills.
  • Intermediate understanding of financial accounting and budgeting for strata schemes.
  • Knowledge of business and administrative processes.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
