- Act as the first point of contact between tenants, unit owners, community members, and management, and liaise concerns and complaints to the PID HOAM.
- Respond efficiently to telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Liaise between departments and clients to provide suitable service considering needs, costs, and time constraints.
- Respond to all internal/external emails related to feedback, closure, or update within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintain knowledge of all property locations.
- Collect NOC charges, manage move-in and move-out requests, fit-out requests, access cards, and gate passes to ensure timely revenue booking.
- Coordinate with the facilities management team regarding residents' complaints.
- Prepare and circulate circulars for GC residents.
- Monitor centralized emails for community management (e.g., ), follow up on urgent complaints, close call center tickets, and escalate issues to senior management if necessary.
- Attend, prepare, and circulate agendas for meetings, conduct committee meetings, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Certification in M-100 The Essentials of Community Association Management.
- 4-5 years of experience in customer service.
- 2-3 years of experience in owners association and community management.
- Proven track record in customer service with direct client handling skills.
- Intermediate understanding of financial accounting and budgeting for strata schemes.
- Knowledge of business and administrative processes.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
