Due to the company's strategy, an exciting opportunity has been created to add a Research Executive to our Customer Success team in the SA&I division, based in Sharjah.
The Research Executive will assist in delivering client-centric solutions in consumer insight and marketing effectiveness. The role involves executing research projects, maintaining professional client relationships through timely delivery, and supporting clients in conducting studies to address their business and research needs.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities- Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage tracker, ad-hoc, and syndicated quantitative research projects:
- Receiving and understanding client briefs
- Supporting research design development in proposals
- Designing survey questionnaires and related materials
- Briefing and training field staff
- Coordinating with all stakeholders involved in project execution
- Monitoring fieldwork progress and data quality
- Analyzing data and extracting insights
- Developing conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Presenting findings and preparing reports from proposal to final delivery
- Managing overall project execution and maintaining relationships with team members (Analysts, Field Staff, Administrative teams)
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience managing quantitative research at an agency
- Preferred industry experience: Government/Semi-Government, Travel & Tourism, Transportation
- Experience in Customer Happiness, Mystery Audits, Brand-tracking, Usage & Attitude solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is beneficial

Marketing Analyst - Your future positionAs a Marketing Analyst based in Dubai, you will report to the Gallery and Best Practices Director. You will support the Cross Category team on client projects and marketing programs, as well as monitor and disseminate market and consumer information to support marketing, sales, evaluation, and perfumery teams.

Your responsibilities will include:- Monitoring and recording new launch activity, purchasing new launch products, and collaborating with marketing colleagues in different regions.
- Organizing new product meetings.
- Supporting research for client presentations and drafting presentations under the supervision of a marketing manager.
- Collaborating with Sales and Evaluation to support customer projects and establish olfactory directions to win briefs.
- Supporting marketing and graphics colleagues on programs and projects across regions/subregions.
- Learning and applying Givaudan branding guidelines.
- Developing and delivering presentations.
- Accurately recording and accessing information from Givaudan systems (IBIS, Fragranceland, etc.).

Your professional profile includes:- University Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with fragrance families and key olfactory notes (preferred but not required).
- Ability to analyze social media marketing content for insights.
- Ability to manage simple projects independently.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
- Effective management of multiple priorities under time and budget constraints.
