Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to designated entities as per schedule.
- Collect data using the mobile/web FOG Watch application, ensuring all mandatory data points are captured clearly and correctly.
- Submit daily activity logs, including sites visited, number of entities, and issues encountered.
- Report any irregularities or challenges faced in the field and provide data status updates to the Team Leader for consolidation.
- Coordinate with entity focal points for access and timing, introduce the purpose and scope of data collection professionally, and record any feedback or resistance from the field.
- Maintain a respectful and cooperative approach during visits, conduct brief awareness sessions when needed, and distribute information materials where applicable.
- Clarify the purpose of the FOGWatch system to GTCCs/entities and record key observations or insights from stakeholders.
- Use the FOGWatch system effectively on mobile/tablet, report application issues, bugs, or data sync errors, and assist in basic troubleshooting or clarification when required.
- Revisit entities when instructed to correct/validate entries, check physical or digital records, and compare field findings with existing system data.
- Coordinate with team members for consistency, attend all required HSE and system training, and always wear official company ID on site.
- Follow safety and conduct guidelines during fieldwork, immediately report safety or access concerns, attend team briefings, and provide input during planning sessions.
- Assist other team members if needed, share best practices or lessons learned from the field.
Desired Candidate Profile:

- Language skills: English mandatory; Arabic & Hindi are added advantages.
