We’re hiring a Swiss-Army-knife Digital Marketer to play a pivotal role in building and executing high-converting marketing funnels that drive real, measurable results. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Digital and CEO to plan, build, and optimise end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to operate independently, execute with precision, and maintain high-quality standards across a wide range of marketing functions. While we understand this is a broad role, and you may not be an expert in every area, we value adaptability, initiative, and a strong base of funnel-building and automation experience.
What You’ll Do- Plan, build, and optimise high-converting marketing funnels
- Write and edit persuasive, conversion-focused copy
- Design and structure pages for maximum conversions
- Launch and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Set up and manage automations in modern CRM platforms
- Analyse results and iterate campaigns based on data
- Collaborate closely with leadership to execute marketing strategy
- Proven track record of funnel building and performance marketing
- Strong grasp of conversion-based design and page structure
- Understanding of media buying, especially in Meta and Google Ads
- Comfortable writing and editing direct-response copy
- Familiarity with modern CRMs and marketing automation tools
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently without constant oversight
- Experience running end-to-end campaigns in fast-paced environments
- Background working with coaches, info-product businesses, or training programs

Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Editorial Planning
- Own the global editorial calendar, coordinating with product, campaign and PR teams to align content with strategic priorities.
- Define and document content frameworks across the funnel - from brand awareness and product education to engagement and conversion.
- Establish and maintain tone of voice, style, and brand guidelines in collaboration with the Head of Brand and Head of Social & Content. Support internal communications and leadership narratives, contributing to key messaging moments and company-wide updates.
- Website, SEO, AI & Content Experience
- Oversee all written content for the Sokin global website, including landing pages, product overviews, regulatory content and FAQs.
- Implement SEO best practices and leverage AI/LLM tools for content optimization, performance insights and intelligent content repurposing.
- Collaborate with the localization lead and web team to ensure multilingual adaptation, regional relevance and frictionless UX.
- Write and edit high-impact content for the website, product pages, investor decks and sales enablement tools.
- Cross-Channel Marketing Content
- Create and adapt content across owned, earned and paid channels including social media, email, paid campaigns, lifecycle flows and global events.
- Collaborate with designers to deliver assets such as carousels, infographics, video scripts and digital branding collaterals.
- Repurpose long-form content into formats suitable for global distribution while preserving voice, tone and message consistency.

- Conduct quarterly content reviews and audits to ensure alignment with business goals, campaign performance and regulatory shifts.
- Use data and qualitative insights to inform content decisions and experiment with new formats and channels.
- 4-6 years of content marketing or editorial experience in fintech, payments or financial services.
- Proven ability to lead website and multi-channel content strategy with measurable outcomes.

Content Marketing Manager – El-Fujairah, UAE. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our team. The role is to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This position is suitable for part-time employment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement content marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create compelling and high-quality content for various marketing channels such as website, social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, needs, preferences, and behavior
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for marketing materials
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the content marketing strategy
- Good command of English
- Proven experience in content marketing or related field is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
