Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging first aid training sessions tailored to various audience needs. - Assess trainees' understanding and provide constructive feedback to ensure competence. - Coordinate training schedules and maintain training equipment and materials. - Stay updated with the latest first aid guidelines and certification requirements. - Prepare and maintain accurate records of training sessions and trainee progress. - Collaborate with NajmaConsultancy's health and safety team to align training programs with industry standards.
Requirements
- Certified First Aid Trainer with recognized accreditation. - Proven experience in delivering first aid training, preferably in corporate or consultancy settings. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse trainees. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to stay calm and confident during training and emergency scenario simulations. - Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations is a plus. - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
