Position Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team at Kad Construction LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.

As a Land Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of survey data. Your primary responsibility will be to comply with all requirements related to control of measuring and monitoring devices associated with survey equipment.

Key responsibilities include studying project drawings to familiarize yourself with them, interpreting them, and identifying critical issues. You will also need to find solutions to common drawing dimension conflicts and create sketches as required by your Project Manager (PM).

In addition, you will be responsible for mastering survey equipment and performing required survey calculations. This includes monitoring the application of monitoring and measuring devices on site and coordinating with the PM, Production team, and Senior Site Surveyor.

You will be responsible for calibrating the status of your devices, taking follow-up actions as necessary, and checking the last three important measurements taken with faulty equipment using a calibrated device before the used equipment was found out of calibration.

It is essential to protect all survey tools and equipment under your custody and plan your work well ahead, organizing it and foreseeing problems with your responsible Project Engineer (PE).

Land Surveyors work independently without continuous supervision or follow-up, relying on their expertise and professionalism. They must be communicative with site managing staff and site personnel.
