HR Leader for IHDS Operations

We are seeking a seasoned and execution-focused HR leader to provide end-to-end HR leadership for IHDS Operations across India, Africa, and Malaysia.

• Provide strategic HR leadership to support the people and workforce agenda for IHDS.
• Partner closely with IHDS Ops business leaders to align people strategy with operational goals.
• Drive consistency in HR practices and policies that support IHDS Operations across geographies.
• Lead and coach country HR managers supporting IHDS Operations in India, Africa, and Malaysia.
• Ensure country and segment HR strategies align with the IH wide IHDS Operations framework while meeting local regulatory needs.
• Act as a central escalation point for all HR-related matters within IHDS Operations.
• Oversee core HR processes and systems within IHDS Operations including hiring, onboarding, workforce administration, employee relations, performance management, and exits.
• Partner with workforce management business operations, and shared services teams to deliver a seamless HR experience to all IHDS Operations employees.
• Maintain high service levels and support continuous improvement in HR operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and organizational policies in all IHDS Ops markets.
• Proactively manage employee relations risks and support resolution of sensitive or complex issues in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
• Support the development and retention of talent in IHDS Operations especially front-line leaders and high-volume roles.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver targeted learning engagement and leadership development programs across IHDS Operations teams.
• Monitor workforce sentiment and engagement levels across IHDS Operations and address opportunities for improvement.

Seasonal Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Seasonal Truck Driver to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a seasonal truck driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck to transport goods and materials to various locations.
