This role isn’t for traditional corporate marketers or brand strategists with no direct response experience.
It’s also not a fit for media buyers who only focus on ad execution without touching funnel strategy, offer creation, or creative direction.
We’re looking for a full-stack direct response marketer — someone who’s built and scaled funnels(VSLs, advertorials, quiz funnels etc.NOT ugc) from scratch and can own performance end-to-end.
Requirements :
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above) — must be able to think and communicate like a native marketer
- 40+ hours a week availability
- Proven success scaling long-form funnels (VSLs, advertorials, quiz funnels, multi-step checkouts) in ecommerce
- Deep experience with paid acquisition strategy, including creative testing, funnel iteration, offer positioning, and conversion rate optimization
- You’ve owned entire funnels before — from ideation and offer structure to traffic, optimization, and back-end monetization
- Ability to review and direct creative — especially video scripts, landing pages, hooks, and angles
- Medium-level copywriting experience — you don’t need to be a pro writer, but you should be comfortable rewriting hooks, adjusting VSL scripts, or editing copy to improve clarity and performance
- Highly analytical and comfortable making decisions based on CPA, CTR, AOV, ROAS and other performance metrics
- Strong leadership and project management skills — you know how to set priorities, manage people, and keep high-output workflows running
- Very familiar with facebook ads

Job Description :
We’re looking for a Head of Direct Response Marketing to take full ownership of our performance marketing engine — from offer strategy to funnel builds to creative direction and paid media execution. If you’ve scaled high-performing VSL funnels, know how to turn data into action, and want to lead growth for a rapidly scaling ecommerce brand — this role is for you.
This is not a “media buyer” job. It’s a full-stack direct response leadership role — perfect for someone who knows how to build, scale, and optimize offers that convert. You’ll work closely with our copywriter, devs, and creative team — but ultimately, you’ll own the numbers.
What You’ll Be In Charge Of
- Developing and owning the testing roadmap across all paid platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Taboola, etc.)
- Leading funnel strategy and execution — from idea to launch (including pre-landers, VSLs, checkout flows, upsells)
- Collaborating with our copywriter to shape offer angles, hooks, and creative direction
- Reviewing all major creatives (VSLs, ads, landers) before launch — giving high-level feedback and final approvals
- Optimizing conversion rates, AOV, and CPA across full funnels using both quantitative data and qualitative insights
- Running competitor research and funnel teardowns to inform strategy
- Coordinating with devs, video editors, and designers to bring funnel assets to life
- Identifying bottlenecks, scaling opportunities, and next-level growth levers on an ongoing basis
- Reporting directly to the founder / CMO and working as the strategic driver behind growth
