Materials Planning & Inventory Management
  • Taking the ownership of the purchasing process of ROShell.

Contract: 1 year (renewable and extendable)

Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global Travel Retail (GTR) team in Dubai. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, optimizing inventory, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support regional operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regulatory, quality, and commercial teams to provide accurate and timely data required for product registration with customer for regulatory submissions.
  • Work closely with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate production planning and supply in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze inventory levels across customers to support decisions related to stock allocation, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into supply chain KPIs, stock movement, and supply performance by region/customer.
  • Support innovation and new product launch processes by providing data for SKU transitions, packaging changes, and life cycle tracking.
  • Continuously look for process improvement opportunities using data to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the supply chain.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or data analytics roles in FMCG, or related industries.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory processes and product registration requirements (experience in a GTR or multi-market environment is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
