Job Title: Early Years Educator

As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic development of children aged 3-4.

You will plan, observe, and assess the children's progress, using your knowledge of child development and learning through play to inform your teaching practices.

Working closely with colleagues and reporting to the Head Teacher, you will be expected to maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the nursery team.

Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Childhood Education (UK or UK-equivalent)

Experience delivering the EYFS curriculum in the UK or a British curriculum setting

Ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education

QTS is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of child development, learning through play, and early assessment

Confident communicator with excellent classroom management and parent communication skills

Emphasis on being flexible and adaptable in a busy nursery environment.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
