This individual will oversee the technical aspects of these systems, ensuring their smooth operation and providing support to students, teachers, and parents in utilizing them effectively.
This includes:
- System Administration: Manage and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS), including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to students, teachers, and parents, troubleshooting issues related to platform access, navigation, and functionality.
- Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard new users and familiarize them with the features and functionalities of the LMS and SMS systems.
- Content Management: Assist teachers in uploading and organizing educational materials, assignments, quizzes, and other content within the LMS platform.
