Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead pre-installation works, including ensuring information availability and coordinating with contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of pre-installation works, including contractual scope and deliveries.
- Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on project requirements.
- Plan logistics programs for safe and timely material deliveries.
- Submit regular reports to the main contractor.
- Attend meetings with the main contractor.
- Advise the main contractor of any deviations to the project scope and book variation orders.
During installation, the Project Engineer will ensure adequate resources are available, inspect materials upon delivery, and track installation progress through MS Projects or Primavera.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the elevator industry, is fluent in English, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry.
- Fluency in English.
