RequirementsAbout you:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations Officer to join us in August 2025. This role involves planning and delivering internal and external examinations, including iGCSEs, GCSEs, and AS/A2 levels, ensuring compliance with policies, managing timetables, secure storage, data entry, and communication with students and families. Strong administrative and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, are essential.
In relation to students:
- Manage all external examinations (GCSE and GCE) for winter and summer sessions
- Assist SLT in issuing examination results
- Process students for estimated and full entries, liaising with SLT and HoYs
- Support students with examination inquiries
In relation to teachers:
- Distribute examination materials and updates to SLT and HoDs
- Coordinate publication purchases and payments
- Liaise with the Director of ACE for special requirements and inform exam boards of accommodations
- Oversee external moderation arrangements
- Inform HOYs about examination issues
In relation to examination boards:
