  • Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion); BIM and GIS familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of LEED, Estidama, and other green certification frameworks.
