- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools: Power BI, Excel, SQL.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
- Experience in public policy analysis and impact assessment.
- Good understanding of electronic integration (APIs – Web Services).
- Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in business.
- Strong ability to understand and analyze numerical and statistical data in an operational context.
