About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Event Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing company-wide events, sales roadshows, and other key engagements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, branding, and guest lists.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions within allocated budgets.
- Build relationships with clients, support retention initiatives, and track leads generated from events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, coordinate creative assets, and ensure brand consistency.
- Support event promotions across social media and digital campaigns.
- Lead on-the-day event operations, resolve issues, gather post-event feedback, and analyze return on investment (ROI).
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination, specifically in Real Estate.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event software is advantageous.
- The ability to handle multiple projects and travel logistics is required.
