Responsibilities:
- Develop the report for the daily activities. i.e.: sales, coverage, distribution, ongoing issues, maintenance requirements at the salon etc.
- Submit the report and discuss with the immediate supervisor.
- Review the day schedule and plan the route before departure.
- Visit the customers following to the route plan submitted.
- Review the up-to-date achievement and plan how to recap any shortage.
- Follow up on any pending maintenance request, FOC request, training request and branding request.
- Update line supervisor on any development in the salon that might affect the business.
- Monitor the competition activities and report back to office to keep all concerned informed.
- Following up on the collection on time.
- Ensure that the returns of assigned accounts are correct and as per company return policy.
- Support the team members whenever possible or requested to in case of sickness or vacation.
- Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
- Provide customers and potential customers within the allocated sales area with information about the company products and services.
- Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
- Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measure and monitored.
- Generate reports and analyze sales per category, brand and product to measure performance vs. budget.
- Ensure that numeric and weighted distribution are maximize at all times.
- Arrange POS material to the client whenever required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in the same industry
- Fluent in English & Arabic

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Accountable for the achievement of the territory sales volumes by category.
- Achieve the core distribution (listing of new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), picture of success targets and the agreed visibility and other elements in the Business Development Agreement (BDA).
- Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract (visibility, promotions and implementations).
- Organize field visits on daily basis and follow up with customers to ensure availability of products.
- Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, shopper profiles) to sales management.
- Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently instore in the assigned area(s).
- Ensure on shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with the merchandiser and following up with store visits.
- Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated, and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy.
- Ensure collection and financial reconciliation is made in line with Nestl set payment terms.
- Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms.
- Follow up with merchandisers on their daily journey plan and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide constructive feedback on stock handling and implementation of the products on the shelves, check outs, secondary placements, and gondolas.
