As a Field Specialist - WBC, you will be responsible for :
- Running multiple low to medium risk applications in one or more product lines in the Wellbore Construction & Completions Product Group .
- Expanding and applying application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and / or risk in Wellbore Construction and Liner Hanger
- Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
- Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
- Using experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality
- Conducting on-the-job training for some Wellbore Construction / Completions applications as required
- Be able to travel internationally to support other geographical regions if required.
- Be able to support in workshop activities.
- Ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
- Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
- Handles special projects as assigned.
- Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Work Experience
Have a Bachelor Degree In engineering
- Have at least 5 years experience in Liner Hanger / Completions.
- Thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling / work over rig operations.
- Have thorough mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Construction & completions products
- Have an ability to work well and communicate well with others
- Be able to work varied work schedule and be available for a 24 hour call out as necessary.
