Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of staffing, flight clearance, maps, logistics and maintenance requirements in support of specified Operational s, Ground and Flight Testing and Demonstration activities.
- Gathering, maintaining and reporting of Operations performance data.
- Maintenance of Pilot and Technician Training Records.
- Coordination, monitoring and status reporting of Operaitonal Equipment (i.e. Ground Control Systems).
- Operations Staff allocation planning.
- Coordination and loading of operating area maps.
- Carrying out other duties as assigned by ADASI Management.
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training:
- Minimum Higher Technical College or UAE AF Aircollege graduate.
- Civilian / military manned / unmanned aviation Flight Crew license (fixed / rotary wing) incl. Radio Communication license.
- Prior Air Force and / or aviation related experience (manned / unmanned) as flight crew member (fixed / rotary wing) recommended.

As a Flight Operations Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing the most suitable aircraft for client charters, ensuring competitive pricing, operational efficiency and a seamless execution of flights. You will play a crucial role in aircraft procurement, pricing negotiations, flight monitoring and operator relations, working closely with the Charter Sales team to ensure client needs are met at the highest standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators globally to secure the best aircraft availability and pricing for charter requests
- Submit quotes by sourcing and negotiating aircraft availability, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining profit margins and service quality
- Oversee the end-to-end flight process, ensuring seamless execution from aircraft confirmation to takeoff, including ground handling and slot arrangements
- Track flights, proactively manage schedule changes, weather conditions and operational disruptions, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure all operators meet safety requirements and that aircraft comply with legal and operational requirements
- Identify and mitigate potential risks such as aircraft substitutions, payload limitations or airport restrictions, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Work closely with the Charter Sales team to provide accurate aircraft options, competitive quotes, and expert guidance on aircraft
- Serve as a key point of contact for aircraft operators, ensuring smooth pre-flight communication and assisting the Charter Sales team to address customer concerns or special requests
- Conduct post-flight debriefs, assess operator service levels and track market trends
- Report directly to the Head of Charter Sourcing, ensuring all flight records, CRM updates and contract documentation are accurately maintained
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Charter Sourcing, Flight Operations, or Private Jet Brokerage
- Strong understanding of aircraft performance metrics, charter pricing structures, and aviation regulations
- Ability to work with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or aviation-specific tools like Avinode)
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive charter rates and exclusive deals.
