We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating timely, effective, and safe operational flight plans and pre-flight briefings for scheduled and non-scheduled flights throughout the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate flight plans, pre-flight briefings, and amendments for all types of flights, considering business needs, regulatory conditions, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor flight performance and trends using the system based on various criteria.
- Analyze data to identify costs, weather, curfew constraints, and recommend cost-effective routes to the Operations Controller.
- Regularly analyze operational and meteorological data to recommend the safest and most efficient fuel requirements, considering weather, NOTAMs, NAV facilities, ATC, and MEL limitations.
- Provide management with detailed summaries on fuel consumption, flight plans, and related activities for ETOPs.
- Provide thorough flight crew briefings to the Captain-in-command, covering significant operational information.
- Transmit all Flight Plan requirements to ICAO directly or via approved handling agents.
- Coordinate with Operations Controller, Chief Pilot, and Captains to manage irregular operations, disruptions, delays, and cancellations, initiating alternative plans as needed.
- Use all available tools and channels during emergencies to communicate safety information to Captains, following the Operations Manual and regulatory procedures.
- Assist the Operations Controller in assessing incidents and initiating emergency procedures and notifications.
- Maintain LIDO Flight Planning data to ensure all OFPs meet regulatory and AIP requirements.
- Monitor daily flight plans to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with LIDO on flight plan issues, implementing remedial actions promptly.
- Ensure smooth shift transitions through proper handovers before and after flights.

Operational Service Coordinator
The role of the Operational Service Coordinator is to provide first-line operational support to clients and aircraft operators. This involves managing initial requests, follow-up and delivery of all services necessary for successful operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and acknowledge new requests, preparing new trip files with necessary information received.
Liaise with Flight Planning as required to define planned routing, verify and plot routes using in-house software.
Prepare and transmit permit, PPR, slot requests, ground handling and fuel requests, dealing with vendors to support client operations.
Ensure agents and vendors selected are correct for tasks and in line with company policies.
Prepare detailed handovers for the next shift, coordinated by the SOM/QCM/SOS.
Provide flight watch of every client operation, tracking flights on a live basis.
Provide regular status updates to clients regarding confirmations and approvals of required services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in Trip Support Operations within business aviation.
Proven track record in coordinating international flight operations, including permits, slots, PPRs, ground handling, and fuel arrangements across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of international aviation regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance standards related to overflight/landing permits and airport operations.
Familiarity with coordination protocols with CAAs, FBOs, agents, and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Skilled in using aviation support software and CRM/ops platforms to document and process trip data efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle high-pressure situations, problem-solve in real time, and provide client-centric solutions.
