To manage government relations transactions, documentations and communications with the aim of ensuring smooth and continuous flow of operations within the business. To protect and maintain the company reputation amongst government institutions.
Provide advice, guidance and assistance regarding government related matters to ensure that all employees understand the requirements of government authorities in relation to any applications that they wish to make
Establish good relations with government offices in order to conduct smooth and efficient business

Purpose of Job
- We follow up on pending visas at the Immigration office for verification to ensure a seamless experience.

- You will arrange transportation for terminated staff to ensure their departure in accordance with company policy.
- Providing attestation services for associate and hotel documents as needed is a key aspect of this role.
- The Govt. Relation Manager will be updated daily on pending visas, Emirates ID, and OHC card applications.
- Maintaining track of visa application cancellations, changes of status, and guest visas is an essential responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is necessary.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is also required.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

- Obtain monthly reports from the immigration website to maintain all records.
